How are committee members elected?
Elections are conducted every three years, allowing members to choose a management committee.
Members of the Managing Committee in Engineers Town Lahore are elected by registered society members through voting, in accordance with the society’s bylaws.
Sector A is situated between Defence Road, while Sector B is between College Road and WAPDA Town.
Security in Engineers Town Lahore is managed through daily briefings at the security office where personnel are assigned their duties. Each block has dedicated security staff, with regular patrols throughout the society. CCTV cameras monitor activity, and any suspicious individuals are investigated and questioned.

The society is based on approximately 7,500 Kanals or 3.793928 Square Kilometers.

The society offers residential plots of 10 Marla, 1 Kanal, and 2 Kanal, providing options for different family needs and preferences.
Is Engineers Town Lahore LDA approved?
The original blocks of the society are approved by the Lahore Development Authority (LDA). Over time, additional land has been incorporated into the society to accommodate growth. Approval for some of the newer areas is currently in process.

The society is steadily developing, with around 45% of plots already having houses constructed. In Q1 of 2026, approximately 100 houses are under construction across different blocks, showing strong and continuous growth.
